Some cotton textile mills have upgraded from old equipment to modern equipment with international level, but the management concept has not changed. They still try to use traditional management mode to manage modern equipment. This backward management mode to manage advanced production technology will cause a lot of waste of resources and technology. At the beginning of the introduction of new equipment, the product quality of many cotton textile mills was relatively stable, but with the replacement of equipment, enterprises would rather spend a lot of money to buy equipment, but would not spend more money to buy good equipment, resulting in the mismatch between the technical performance of equipment and the original packaging, and the product quality is declining.
