Principle and structure:
Physical and electrical properties of fibers
Cotton, viscose, polyester and other fibers and their products in process have certain moisture under normal conditions, so they have certain electrical conductivity, and their resistance values have certain corresponding relationships with water content. The moisture absorption of the fiber is expressed by the moisture regain. The moisture regain of the sample is high, and its resistance is small; The sample has low moisture regain and high resistance. Under certain conditions, apply a certain measuring voltage to the sample, and then calculate the moisture regain of the sample by measuring the current flowing through the sample. The resistance of the sample is not only related to the moisture regain, but also affected by temperature and other factors. The instrument corrects the moisture regain reading by measuring temperature.

Working principle of circuit:
The instrument is composed of AC power supply, voltage stabilized power supply for measurement, humidity probe, moisture regain measurement amplification circuit, moisture regain indication circuit and temperature measurement indication circuit.

Structure:
The instrument is composed of moisture regain meter and temperature meter. The moisture regain measuring instrument is composed of a moisture regain range selection switch and a moisture sensor probe. The temperature measuring instrument is composed of a temperature sensor probe and a temperature measurement display circuit.
