Structure principle:
The instrument is composed of control box (LCD), tension mechanism, yarn inserting frame, data processing system and other components. The extension pointer part of the instrument is equipped with a reliable Hall sensing zero position automatic stop device. The mechanical transmission structure is compact. The right collet is directly driven by the motor. The internationally advanced horizontal tension loading device is used. All parameters of the test are directly input by the button, and the power off data storage function is available. Especially when doing the primary, secondary and tertiary methods, the test can be completed automatically by pressing the test button once after the yarn is clamped. The input signal of the instrument is constantly detected by the computer made in the machine, and the corresponding test is carried out under the management of the method program, and the collected data is stored, analyzed, calculated and counted. Later, the instrument is printed and output by the printer and the display, realizing the semi-automatic of the instrument.
