1、 CAC-600 international standard light source box I. Scope of application
The standard light source color matching light box is widely used in the color management field of textiles, plastics, paints, inks, printing and dyeing, printing, pigments, packaging, ceramics, leather, cosmetics and other industries to accurately check the color deviation of goods and improve product quality and market competitiveness.
In particular, it is particularly important to use standard light sources to detect the color deviation of goods in the color light box in cloudy and dark days.

2、 Product performance
D65 uses the artificial fluorescent lamp D65 approved by the International Illumination Institute (CIE) as the basic lighting source. In addition to being used as the contrast color, D65 light source is also defined as the lighting source for gray scale contrast by most societies or groups in the world.
UV lamp light source (Ultra: Violet llluminant) As fluorescent and whitening dyes are widely used in industrial production at present, the best way to detect these effects is to use UV lamp light source, because UV light will produce obvious brightness changes when it shines on the material dyed with fluorescent agent, so that the naked eye can easily detect them.
F/A family light source (Filament Lighting) is applicable to the color management of products such as underwear, bedroom supplies and so on, instead of observing the color under the light source in the family or hotel room.
Some customers of CWF/TL84/U30 require to use this light source for color contrast. For example, American customers often require to use the Cool White Fluorescent (CWF) light source, European and Japanese customers will require to use the Triphone Lamp P15 (TL84) light source, and U30 is another American commercial light source.
The illuminance range of the light source is 750 to 3200 Luxes.
When performing color matching, the background color and brightness are very important. Because color is a subjective feeling, comparing colors in different backgrounds will produce different results. Therefore, all background colors are specified as Neutral Grey, and their reflectance must be less than one third of the incident light.
The service time of each light source shall be recorded separately (it is recommended to replace the light tube after 2000 hours of use) to avoid detection error caused by aging of the light tube.
It has the function of testing metamerism effect. The so-called metamerism effect means that under a certain light source, the color of the test object is the same as the requirements, but under another light source, its color is different, so it cannot be accepted.
